BOOKINGS
Will you come to any location ?

Yes we will come to you, we travel throughout VIC, NSW, WA & QLD. There is a travel fee allocated at $1 per minute based from the CBD you’re closest too.

How can I make a booking ?

Bookings are made online you can find the link on our instagram and website however we are happy to take enquiries & bookings via phone and email. If you have any questions or queries regarding a booking you can contact privé directly.

How can I make multiple or group bookings ?

For multiple or larger bookings? Please contact us via phone or email. Larger bookings are often by quotation so you won’t be able to book online.

Is my hair short, medium or long ?

We define hair length as follows… Short Hair ( above the shoulders ), Medium ( on the shoulders ), Long ( to the bra line ), very long ( below the bra line). Click here to view LENGTH GUIDE

What if my appointment has to be cancelled/rescheduled due to COVID restrictions?

We are extremely fair and flexible with our clients, should anything happen in terms of COVID restrictions, we always offer a full refund or credit at your discretion.

Can I book online?

We do offer online bookings but only for “Privé Express” This is for dry styling waves and natural glam makeup only. Kindly follow this link to book online

PAYMENT
How do I pay for my service ?

We require payment up front for all bookings. Refund is available in full with a minimum of 72 hours notice. For bookings that are 4 weeks + in advance a 50% deposit to secure your booking with remaining balance due 72 hours prior to the service.

Can I pay by card on the day or in cash ?

Unfortunately all bookings must be paid for in full online prior to the service. We do not accept payment via card on the day.

Can I leave a tip ?

Yes tips should be given straight to our stylists.

THROUGHOUT SERVICE
How will I wash my hair/hair colour off ?

Our staff are all equipped with a portable basin and chair for your convenience. We will simply need a space within your bathroom to set up so we can wash your hair.

How will I protect furnishings and keep my location clean ?

If your having a cut or a colour staff will put down a clear protection mat underneath the chair we also provide to perform your service. Towels and gowns are also provided for pr” i need to provide anything.

Do I need to provide anything ?

We have it all covered! We simply require a space of your preference where we can set up. Normally the kitchen area works best, with a bathroom area where we can set up our portable basin to wash your hair. If you are having a cut and blow dry or just blow dry you can wash your hair prior to stylist arriving should you wish. Please advise us 24 hours in advance so we know what equipment we need.
